Where and when

Where and when I hear your shout. Tuesday evening's session starts at 6:00 pm until 7:00 pm for families and juniors, and 7:00 pm until 8:00 pm for adults at Ystradowen Village Hall. The Village Hall is located behind the White Lion Pub. Coming from Cowbridge, turn left after the Pub and pass through the Pub car park... into the Village hall car park. How much does it cost?

We are a "not for profit" judo club; there is no joining fee, mat fees are £5 per session. You are required to obtain a membership licence from the BJA or WJA

What ages do you need to be to train at the club?

We welcome all ages, our students range in age from 5 to any age (it's only a number)

What do I need to wear for my first lesson?

When you train for the first few lessons, tracksuit bottoms and an old (preferably long-sleeved) top will be fine. Please bring clothing that has no buckles, zips, or metal fastenings. Judo uniforms (judogi) are available at the club, if you decide that judo is for you, these range in price from £20 upwards.
